Sometimes the pain becomes too much to be able to express. In times like these, I’ve found poetry to be an outlet, a means to express and make sense of the complex myriad of emotions running through my mind. I truly hope that none of this feels relatable, but if it does, I hope it reminds you that you aren’t alone.
These poems were written during one of the hardest periods of my life; an attempt to make sense of what was happening, one line at a time.
