This book is not just a collection of poems, it is a map to the soul. It is a series of thoughts I’ve had day after day and year after year. I originally thought I would publish a book based on my thought-experiments, but when I was presented with the opportunity to write a poetry book, I found a beautiful marriage between my poetry and my thoughts-per-day experiment. These words are born from my mind and from the quiet place beneath thought: the place where breath becomes prayer, where stillness becomes music, where the self remembers it is eternal.
