The Seasons We Become

What if we stopped thinking of change as something we lose, and started seeing it as something we become? The Seasons We Become is a 21-day collection of poetry about warmth, loss, grief, memory, and the quiet process of learning to live again. Beginning with the long days of summer, the poems slowly move through autumn and into the coldest parts of winter where love becomes memory, memories become grief, and grief becomes something we learn to carry. Then, slowly, the light returns. These poems are not about forgetting. They are about understanding that moving forward does not mean leaving the past behind. Like the seasons, we change whether we're ready or not. We lose. We remember.
